With the Rolls-Royce Vutotal Reborn by Retro Coachbuilders.
1939 Rolls-Royce Phantom III Vutotal
One of the greatest and most beautiful coachworks to be fitted to a Rolls-Royce motorcar is the stunning Vutotal.
The story of the Phantom III that became the Vutotal Cabriolet by Labourdette, started in 1939 when the Rolls Royce chassis was first delivered and fitted with a Hooper Sedanca de Ville body. It continued with the Hooper coachwork until 1947, when the new owner Louis Ritter shipped the car to France to be rebodied with this beautiful Cabriolet coachwork by the famous Coachbuilder Labourdette of Paris.
Complete with frameless windscreen, brass inserts on coachwork, covered headlights, and a sloped grille over the Rolls-Royce Pantheon radiator shell. This 1940's One-off coachbuilt marvel is the peak of classical coachbuilding craftmanship.
